Vishnu, the preserver and protector of the universe, is portrayed as a serene four-armed figure, holding the chakra, shankha, gada, and padma. Adorned with a tall kiritamukuta, jewellery, and finely detailed garments. The hands and fingers are delicately executed with finesse thus revealing a sense of grace. The sculpture is executed using the traditional lost-wax method, a time-honoured technique that allows for finely rendered details.
