(Mumbai) P Ltd was established in the year 1930 as a little art shop in erstwhile Travancore with a seed capital of rupees two received by the founder from a renowned mystic. The modest journey began by manufacturing fancy ivory buttons for sale to visiting tourists. He later began dealing in antiques, an upcoming area of interest among collectors in pre-independence India.
Today the Company deals in the finest Indian antiquities comprising of bronzes, miniature paintings, sculptures, terracottas, pichhwais etc, and as the oldest licensed antique dealer in Mumbai, plays a lead role in the organized antique trade in the country.
The craft design studio still employs third generation master craftsmen who work on wood, metal and stone. Unlike global brands, artefacts designed at natesan’s Mumbai are actually made in miniscule numbers making them rare collectibles.
The name is now synonymous with the words 'ancient indian art' and consistently endeavours to revive the country's ancient heritage.
