All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are exclusive of shipping, packing, unless specifically mentioned on the product page or at checkout.

Orders & Payment

An order will be considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of a pricing error, incorrect product information, stock discrepancy, technical issue or any other unforeseen circumstance. If payment has already been received, the amount paid will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the estimated time mentioned on the website.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier or transport delays, labour unrest, natural calamities, government restrictions, customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Packing & Insurance

We take reasonable care to pack all products securely for transportation.

Insurance may be arranged for shipments where applicable and, unless otherwise stated, the cost of insurance shall be borne by the customer.

In the event of damage to a shipment on arrival, the customer should immediately notify the courier or delivery service and contact us with photographs and other relevant details. Where possible, the customer should request an open delivery/inspection at the time of delivery.

We will provide reasonable assistance and relevant documentation available to us for processing any transit-damage or insurance claim.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are requested to check the product description, dimensions, photographs and other details carefully before placing an order.

Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation is not possible, particularly if the product has already been packed or dispatched.

Handmade & Recreated Products

Our recreations may involve handmade processes and traditional techniques. Therefore, small differences between individual pieces are expected.

Variations in carving, casting, surface texture, colour, finish and other minor details do not constitute a defect where they are consistent with the handmade or recreated nature of the product.
